Recruiter

Uline is expanding with a new Connecticut facility in Plainfield and is hiring a Recruiter (onsite). This role supports full cycle recruiting for warehouse positions and works directly with hiring managers to define talent needs and staffing plans.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for a growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles through technical and higher-level positions. The position also includes building relationships with external talent partners to strengthen sourcing and candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting to support staffing needs across all levels of the growing warehouse operation.
• Source and recruit active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, define job duties, and confirm required qualifications and skills to develop a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate fit with position requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and to Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Compensation

USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year.
