Recruiter/Account Manager

Indrotec is seeking a Recruiter/Account Manager in Minneapolis, MN (hybrid) to lead full cycle recruiting, manage key client relationships, and onboard talent across industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, executive, campus, and internal roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain client and candidate relationships through cold outreach, social media engagement, and targeted research to generate leads and fill openings quickly.
• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews, ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, and apply evaluation procedures to ensure quality placements.
• Maintain talent pipelines to support succession planning and lead generation for long-term growth.
• Oversee onboarding activities including orientation and training programs, plus employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Keep precise records in ATS systems such as Salesforce or ADP to track recruitment metrics, employee data, and contract details.
• Support HR operations including employee contracts, performance reviews, employee relations matters, and compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
