Aquent Talent seeks a proactive Recruiter to source IT and technical talent for enterprise clients, employing an AI powered platform and VMS tools to build robust pipelines and achieve placements. This role combines high volume sourcing with strategic relationship management in a hybrid work environment based in Los Angeles.

Role Details

Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid)

Salary: USD 65,000 – 70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Master High-Volume VMS Delivery: Navigate enterprise VMS ecosystems (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) to secure placements at scale, extending beyond direct-sourcing or internal pipelines.
• Build Technical Talent Pools: Create geography- and category-based talent pools for in‑demand IT sectors, including Full Stack, Software Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, and Robotics.
• Leverage AI Technology: Employ cutting edge tools to source, screen, and present well-matched candidates, with the platform handling routine tasks to enable pipeline development.
• Be a Human Connector: Engage candidates to uncover career goals and motivations beyond resumes, building rapid rapport and credibility.
• Nurture Client Relationships: Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand business needs and team dynamics, using human insights to drive successful, lasting placements.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience
• Enterprise-Savvy: Experience delivering talent through VMS ecosystems within large corporate environments
• A Technical Specialist: Comfortable vetting candidates across software engineering, AI, and robotics
• A Proactive Driver: Startup mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline context
