- Collaborate with SVP and VP level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategy, define candidate profiles, and develop organization-wide intern and new graduate pipelines; manage competitive offer processes and oversee visa sponsorship (J-1, Optional Practical Training, Curricular Practical Training, and H-1B) in partnership with Global Mobility.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder hiring scenarios across Futureforce, industry recruiting, and internal ownership boundaries; serve as a process resource for Futureforce policies, system workflows, approved hiring hubs, and intern program guidelines.
- Share market intelligence and process improvements with the broader Futureforce team; develop and present enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.

- Proven ability to manage competitive offer processes and navigate visa sponsorship workflows (J-1, Optional Practical Training, Curricular Practical Training, or H-1B) in coordination with immigration partners.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent) in a professional context.
