Job Description

This onsite role in Ridgefield, New Jersey supports Dynasty Employment Solutions' focus on recruiting for food manufacturing and light industrial positions, with regional travel to New York and New Jersey. The recruiter will source, screen, and onboard candidates, build pipelines, and manage relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for food manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial positions
  • Travel regularly to client sites throughout New York and New Jersey
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for client needs and culture
  • Monitor placements, attendance, and performance once candidates are onsite
  • Resolve candidate and client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, applicant tracking, and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, candidates, and onsite teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting in food manufacturing or related industries (Required)
  • Ability to travel to client sites in New York and New Jersey (Required)
  • Willingness to travel 50% (Required)
  • Spanish (Required)

Experience

  • Recruiting in food manufacturing or related industries: 1-2 years (Required)
  • Full cycle recruiting: 2 years (Required)
  • Staffing agency: 1 year (Preferred)
