Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist position in Columbus, OH (onsite) focused on full-cycle recruiting across field and office roles in the industrial construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Recruitment Operations Manager to drive the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles, from posting and sourcing to offer closure
• Work with hiring managers to capture precise role requirements and team dynamics
• Identify qualified candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns
• Administer screening conversations and coordinate subsequent interviews with interview panels
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience at every step of the process
• Monitor hiring activity using the applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools
• Support onboarding activities and facilitate handoff to HR and field leadership teams
• Represent JSET's brand and culture to the market and at recruiting events
• Maintain adherence to internal processes and hiring policies
• Help design scalable recruiting strategies to support company growth

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
• Proven sourcing capabilities using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits
• People oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
