Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design, document, and continuously improve hiring processes across all departments and Club sites.
- Create and implement structured hiring practices with interview guides, candidate evaluation tools, and consistent workflows.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, shorten time-to-hire, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Ensure recruiting processes reflect equitable hiring practices and align with the organization’s values.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and recurring roles.
- Assist leadership with initial candidate screenings and structured interviews.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, community partnerships, schools, and professional networks.
- Build relationships with schools, universities, and community organizations to support youth development staffing pipelines.
- Maintain proactive talent pools for future openings and peak hiring periods.
- Serve as a primary contact for candidates throughout recruitment and pre-boarding processes.
- Maintain a professional, inclusive, and mission-aligned candidate experience.
- Communicate hiring timelines, expectations, and next steps clearly to candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and equal employment opportunity standards.
- Facilitate background checks, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment steps.
- Support recruitment marketing, job fairs, and community outreach events.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Track and analyze metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Offer hiring insights and regular reports to HR leadership to support data-informed workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to review pay ranges and market data when developing offers to ensure alignment with compensation philosophy, internal equity, and external competitiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience supporting surge and multi-site hiring environments.
- Experience developing recruiting dashboards or hiring reports.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and community partners.
- Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms; Paycom experience a plus.
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance.
- Working knowledge of compensation practices including salary ranges, market benchmarking, and internal equity considerations during hiring.
- Professional presence with the ability to earn trust and deliver results.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization and time management abilities.

Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Location
This is an onsite role requiring five days per week in Tukwila, Washington. Standard schedules are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office is currently located in Tukwila and is scheduled to relocate to downtown Seattle on August 1, 2026. Details about relocation, parking, and workplace expectations will be shared during the interview process.
Salary
USD 35.00 - 40.00 per hour.
Physical requirements and working environment
Typical office setting with periods of stationary work, computer use, and frequent communication via phone and email. Occasional travel to off-site meetings or events may be required. Lifting up to 20 pounds is possible when moving supplies or equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to support individuals with disabilities.
