Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Signapay Southeast is seeking a Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist in Goose Creek, SC (onsite) with a salary range of USD 50,000 - 60,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates via job boards, social networks, professional connections, and referrals.
• Review resumes and perform initial phone screenings to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview timelines and oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Develop relationships with candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and fill roles promptly.
