Job Description

Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and onboard qualified drivers
- Cultivate relationships with prospective and current drivers
- Support dispatch by coordinating driver communications and operational tasks
- Oversee social media channels and online recruitment efforts
- Develop marketing content, job postings, and promotional materials
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
