Job Description
The Recruiting and Marketing role at Freerksen Trucking, Inc. focuses on recruiting and onboarding drivers, supporting dispatch operations, and driving marketing and social media initiatives. This onsite position is based in Dodge Center, MN, with a yearly salary range of USD 54,000 to 62,000.
Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and onboard qualified drivers
- Cultivate relationships with prospective and current drivers
- Support dispatch by coordinating driver communications and operational tasks
- Oversee social media channels and online recruitment efforts
- Develop marketing content, job postings, and promotional materials
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Proficient with computers, social media, and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn
- Experience in recruiting, transportation, dispatch, or marketing is a plus but not required
