Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator Youth Sport
Job Description
Soccer Shots LI West is seeking a proactive Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator to oversee hiring, onboarding, and workforce operations for youth sports teams across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own recruiting and staffing for coaches, interns, volunteers, VAs, and full-time staff
- Manage end-to-end hiring workflows including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and candidate pipelines
- Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention processes
- Handle corrective actions and dismissals in a professional manner
- Manage recruiting and staffing workflows using Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, and Connecteam
- Support expansion into new sports programs across markets
- Coordinate and manage communication across departments to keep hiring and onboarding on track
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Independent and proactive approach to work
- Experience in recruiting
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments
- Skilled with hiring tools and AI
- Motivated by mission-driven work
Work Location and Compensation
- Location: Farmingdale, NY 11735 (onsite)
- Salary: USD 50,000–55,000 per year
