Recruitment Web Developer
Job Description
Miami University's EMSS Enrollment Operations seeks a frontend focused Recruitment Web Developer to build and maintain portals and personalized experiences for prospective students, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Slate CRM in collaboration with UCM and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain modern, user centered web experiences for prospective students powered by recruitment systems.
- Develop and sustain custom portals to support recruitment, admissions, and marketing efforts.
- Assemble dynamic, personalized web content leveraging front end techniques and CRM data.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions to translate campaign strategy into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead HTML, CSS, and JavaScript work for emails, landing pages, and interactive portal experiences with emphasis on accessibility and performance.
- Implement segmentation and personalization strategies defined by marketing and operations teams.
- Work with technologists and stakeholders to integrate institutional systems with marketing automation, analytics, and other platforms.
- Stay current with evolving web technologies and digital engagement trends to drive innovation in recruitment communications.
- Contribute to improving front end experiences and technical capabilities within recruitment systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s Degree with two years of experience, or five years of experience.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying customer facing web solutions.
- Experience with a CRM or marketing technology platform (for example, Technolutions Slate, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a track record of building interactive, accessible, high performance digital spaces.
- Strong eye for layout, usability, and interaction design.
- Ability to translate brand and marketing goals into polished digital experiences.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms, data driven content, or personalization is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, email marketing, and campaign execution workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, enrollment, and technical stakeholders to turn strategy into working systems.
- Comfort owning systems, making technical decisions, and improving platforms over time rather than merely maintaining.

Salary range: $64,000 - $72,000.
