Sales Recruiter

The Sales Recruiter role is based onsite in Schaumburg, IL and focuses on recruiting practices for Sales and other roles, sourcing candidates through digital platforms and social channels, and building recruiting strategies and talent pipelines while promoting the Crown employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting activities for sales roles in alignment with government regulations and internal policies and procedures.
• Identify and attract candidates via online platforms and social media channels.
• Prepare and post job openings to suitable job boards, universities, and technical schools.
• Screen potential applicants for relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Human Resources, and other Recruiters to develop recruiting strategies for sales and other branch positions, supporting the employer brand.
• Build and maintain recruiting channels through internet resources and social media.
• Design and implement a talent pipeline strategy through sales schools, military bases, universities, and career events.
• Serve as a point of contact and foster relationships to promote Crown as the preferred employer of choice.
• Monitor other open positions within the company and source qualified candidates accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two to four years of related experience.
• Associate degree in Automotive/Heavy Industrial Tech or Business.
• A non-degree candidate may qualify with six or more years of related experience plus a high school diploma or GED.
• Extensive travel and overnight stays, each exceeding 20 percent of time.
• Position requires driving a personal vehicle for company business more than 20 percent of each week (over 8 hours) with an MVR check required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Heavy Industrial Tech, Sales, Marketing, Business, or HR Management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with an interest in working with technology.
