Sales Recruiter

Bernie Gallerani Real Estate is adding a Sales Recruiter to help expand its agent roster. If you enjoy fast-paced recruiting, building relationships by phone, and representing a team with energy and professionalism, this full-time onsite role in Hendersonville, TN offers a clear performance path alongside support through health and dental insurance.

You will own recruiting outreach and the interview process, working to meet weekly appointment goals and convert qualified prospects into new agents. The role includes ongoing training and professional development, plus the tools you need to succeed, including a real estate–specific CRM, dialer, and lead/marketing technology.

Responsibilities

• Make recruiting calls to meet or exceed weekly appointment goals
• Set interview and presentation appointments with prospective agents
• Run agent interviews and presentations, then successfully hire new agents onto the team
• Build new contacts daily through outbound prospecting and referrals
• Track and report productivity and recruiting metrics to management
• Complete ongoing training and professional development
• Deliver the team value proposition using proven scripts and handle objections confidently
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Ability to work standard business hours, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend calls when candidates are available
• 1+ year of recruiting experience (required); sales recruiting experience is preferred
• Friendly, personable communication with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Strong, confident outbound phone and telemarketing skills
• Comfortable using (or quickly learning) real estate–specific CRM, dialer, and lead/marketing technology
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-accountability environment

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, in-person role with pay range $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.
