Job Description
Colonial Life is hiring a Sales, Recruiting and Training Manager for a hybrid remote contract role serving the Orange County area.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support development of a sales team
- Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
- Conduct and oversee field training activities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Help facilitate team meetings and other team training exercises
