Senior Clinical Recruiter
Job Description
In this fully remote Temp to Perm role based out of Long Island, NY, the Senior Clinical Recruiter will lead end-to-end clinical hiring while supporting workforce planning, improving recruiting processes, and delivering recruiting analytics to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership and hiring managers to build workforce planning strategies and define current and future hiring requirements.
- Design and implement proactive sourcing approaches to create and sustain pipelines of qualified clinical talent.
- Develop targeted candidate outreach campaigns using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and healthcare-related roles, including nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and other patient-facing professionals.
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm recruiting priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Assess recruiting workflows, processes, and systems, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and hiring effectiveness.
- Track recruiting activity and hiring performance, including metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline performance; provide ongoing reporting and insights to leadership.
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process by sharing market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate feedback.
- Strengthen the candidate experience through consistent communication and a streamlined interview process.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) data and supporting recruiting documentation.
- Build cross-functional relationships to establish a visible, trusted recruiting presence.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with employment laws, healthcare hiring requirements, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably with clinical recruiting experience.
- Recruitment strategy and organizational development experience.

Compensation and Work Arrangement
- Contract employment type with a Temp to Perm pathway.
- Remote work site.
- Salary range: USD $40 to $44 per hour (hourly).
- Location: New York, NY (remote), with the opportunity based out of Long Island, NY.
