Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic partner within Amazon’s PXT team, focusing on employee experience, culture, and organizational health for NACF operations in Dallas. This role leads HR professionals, partners with leaders to shape talent strategies, and leverages data and AI-enabled insights to inform decision making and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to move beyond tactical tasks and become strategic partners who proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks while delivering exceptional service.
  • Foster a culture of proactive risk identification by establishing early warning systems, leveraging data insights, and building strong cross-functional partnerships. Guide the team in developing sound judgment to spot emerging people risks before they affect the business.
  • Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health. Challenge status quo thinking, drive HR innovation, and ensure sustainable execution while enabling the team to address systemic issues and opportunities.
  • Partner with business leadership to design and execute integrated talent strategies addressing both current needs and future capability requirements. Coach leaders on talent development and build a robust succession pipeline within the HR organization, anticipating future talent needs and evolving workforce dynamics to future-proof operations and HR.
  • Lead the team in using analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns, predict risks, and drive data-informed decisions. Translate complex insights into compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
  • Set clear goals for culture transformation with business leaders. Design and implement strategies to strengthen organizational health, talent capabilities, and leadership effectiveness, championing initiatives that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Drive strategic adoption of HR technology to enhance efficiency and service quality. Guide the team to leverage automation while preserving high-touch support for sensitive employee matters requiring human judgment and empathy.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience or a mix of equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
  • Experience using data and high judgment to drive business decisions.
