Senior Human Resources Recruiter

The Senior Human Resources Recruiter role at InnoSource in Dublin, OH supports full-cycle hiring while partnering closely with client teams and guiding candidates through significant career changes. This position combines independent recruiting ownership with relationship-building, coaching, and ongoing improvement of recruiting methods.

Role Overview

Own the recruiting process end to end, from initial sourcing and screening through interviews and closing. In this role, you will build relationships with client companies by learning their teams and culture closely, and you will coach candidates as they navigate major transitions in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with client companies by understanding their teams and culture to identify which candidates will thrive.
• Source and discover exceptional talent, including high-potential individuals who are not actively searching for new roles.
• Manage the full recruiting process from first contact to a signed offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Coach candidates through a major career transition and take pride in delivering the right outcomes.
• Bring your recruiting playbook to refine sourcing, pipeline management, and closing practices, and contribute to improving the team’s approach.
• Collaborate with a team that supports each other’s wins and contributes to meeting recruiting goals.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience, with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding placement goals.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to run a full-cycle recruiting desk independently, from sourcing through close.
• Strong rapport-building skills and an ability to encourage honest, open communication with candidates.
