Overview
Our client, a respected financial services firm in Manhattan, seeks a Senior Recruiter to join on a hybrid basis. The role centers on driving end-to-end recruitment across various functions, with a focus on attracting top talent within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across front-office, operations, and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define needs and design targeted sourcing plans.
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates and manage the interview process from initial outreach through offer.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines, with emphasis on financial services talent pools.
- Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience while juggling multiple active searches.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, banking, or related industries.
- Proven track record recruiting across a broad range of roles and levels.
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Experience handling a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, iCIMS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing competing demands.

Work Environment & Compensation
Location: Manhattan, NYC, hybrid (2-3 days in office). Base salary: $115,000 to $125,000 per year. Bonus: discretionary/performance-based. Comprehensive benefits are included.
