Job Description

Sustainable Talent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support Ford’s specialized hiring across motorsports and performance automotive. This remote role in the United States serves as a full-cycle recruiting partner, coordinating sourcing, screening, interviews, offer support, and onboarding while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional roles.
  • Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.
  • Source and engage passive candidates in niche motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering markets.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of specialized talent, including engineers, technicians, program managers, business professionals, and leadership candidates.
  • Identify talent using networking, referrals, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, and sourcing tools.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define talent needs, and shape recruiting strategies.
  • Provide consultative guidance on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and market competitiveness.
  • Support intake discussions, calibration sessions, candidate review, and hiring decision alignment.
  • Deliver market intelligence, talent availability insights, and compensation data to inform hiring strategy.
  • Build long-term relationships within motorsports and performance automotive talent communities.
  • Represent the organization through relevant networks, industry communities, and events.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records in ATS and CRM.
  • Track pipeline activity, candidate status, and recruiting progress.
  • Ensure recruiting workflows are organized, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive talent.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates in niche talent markets.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools such as hireEZ.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Role Logistics and Compensation

  • Location: Remote, US
  • Engagement: Salaried full-time position with Sustainable Talent dedicated to Ford
  • Compensation: USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, based on experience, education, and work location
