Senior Recruiting Consultant
Job Description
AMN Healthcare, Inc is seeking a Senior Recruiting Consultant for an onsite Florida role to source, interview, and place contract nursing and allied travel clinicians. This position partners with Account Managers to educate clinicians about travel opportunities and align each candidate’s goals with client needs, supporting both career growth and timely placements.
Responsibilities
- Consistently hit or surpass daily and weekly recruiting targets to grow and sustain a robust network of travel clinicians.
- Identify and engage nursing and allied clinicians using AMN's applicant tracking system through outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-up outreach.
- Hold consultative conversations with clinicians to understand their current situation, career aspirations, availability, and assignment preferences.
- Screen clinicians for travel assignments based on licensure, availability, clinical skills, experience, and overall fit.
- Communicate action plans that address career needs by informing candidates about future opportunities, market conditions, and realistic timelines to illustrate how travel can meet long-term professional goals.
- Negotiate compensation to assemble competitive packages.
- Present candidate information to Account Managers for interviews and to fill current client openings.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting, sourcing, or placing candidates in a sales, healthcare staffing, or recruiting environment.
- Ability to meet performance metrics in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting setting.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM to manage candidate pipelines and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Rate
Pay rate: $20.25 - $25.25 per hour. Final compensation is determined by experience, training, education, and location. The position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. For more details, consult your recruiter.
