Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Staffing – Epic & Healthcare IT
Job Description
Nordic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help build and sustain a pipeline of Epic and healthcare IT consulting talent across client engagements and strategic initiatives. In this onsite role in the United States, you will collaborate closely with Staffing, Delivery, Sales, and Practice leaders to source, qualify, and engage consultants in competitive, hard-to-fill specialties while maintaining a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain pipelines of Epic and healthcare IT consultants spanning clinical, revenue cycle, technical, data and analytics, and leadership specialties.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, industry groups, user communities, talent databases, events, social platforms, and direct outreach.
- Partner with Staffing and Delivery teams to understand project demand and identify qualified talent for client engagements.
- Qualify consultants using criteria such as skills, certifications, availability, project experience, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain pipelines for current openings, anticipated project demand, managed services needs, and long-term strategic capabilities, including maintaining relationships when timing does not immediately align.
- Use labor market insights to expand talent pools and design creative sourcing strategies for roles that are difficult to fill.
- Maintain accurate candidate and consultant information in recruiting and CRM systems.
- Drive a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely follow-up.
- Stay current on Epic and healthcare IT talent-market developments, including skill scarcity, implementation activity, optimization demand, consulting trends, and candidate movement.
- Use recruiting data to spot pipeline gaps, process delays, declining candidate engagement, and risks to project fulfillment.
- Act as an informed ambassador for Nordic’s culture, business, career opportunities, and employee value proposition to support a strong candidate journey.
- Coordinate with Marketing and internal teams on recruitment marketing efforts, including talent events, campaigns, content, and employer-branding initiatives.
What you bring
- 5+ years of healthcare IT recruiting and sourcing, including recruiting project-based consultants and professionals across multiple disciplines and experience levels (strongly preferred).
- Direct experience sourcing and recruiting Epic-certified or Epic-experienced professionals (strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of Epic applications, healthcare IT project environments, and consulting workforce models (strongly preferred).
- Experience recruiting for healthcare consulting, managed services, payer, provider, or healthcare technology organizations (strongly preferred).
- Proven success building pipelines in competitive, specialized talent markets.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific talent market trends, recruiting strategy development, and candidate sourcing and pipelining.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Experience using artificial intelligence, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools (strongly preferred), including for candidate research, talent sourcing, personalized outreach, market intelligence, content development, and workflow efficiency.
