Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Epic and Healthcare IT
Job Description
Nordic seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Epic and Healthcare IT to act as a strategic recruiting partner for specialized hiring across Epic, healthcare IT, consulting, and managed services. This onsite role in the United States focuses on full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and workforce planning for in-demand healthcare technology talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Epic and healthcare IT talent across assigned service lines, capabilities, and workforce needs.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, industry groups, user communities, talent databases, events, social platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain pipelines for current openings, anticipated project demand, managed services needs, and long-term strategic capabilities, including ongoing relationship management for qualified candidates whose timing does not align with immediate roles.
- Monitor pipeline health, talent availability, and candidate movement across health systems, consulting firms, and healthcare technology organizations.
- Use labor market insights to expand talent pools and develop creative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage assigned searches from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, selection, offer acceptance, and preboarding transition.
- Support hiring for multiple workforce models, including full-time employees, project-based consultants, managed services professionals, and other staffing structures.
- Stay current on Epic and healthcare IT talent-market developments, including skill scarcity, implementation activity, optimization demand, consulting trends, and candidate movement.
- Use recruiting data to identify pipeline gaps, process delays, declining candidate engagement, and potential project-fulfillment risks.
- Represent Nordic as a trusted ambassador by communicating culture, career opportunities, and employee value proposition while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with Marketing and business stakeholders to support employer branding content, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction strategies that strengthen Nordic’s visibility and reputation.

- Working knowledge of Epic applications, certifications, implementation phases, optimization work, support models, and common healthcare IT project structures is strongly preferred.

- Deep understanding of industry-specific talent market trends, recruiting strategy development, candidate sourcing and pipelining, and assessment and selection processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
