Job Description

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a systems engineering focus to deliver strategic, end-to-end recruitment support for designated client groups. This remote role emphasizes proactive sourcing, rigorous screening, and ongoing process improvement to build strong engineering pipelines in a regulated, technical environment. The position offers a $79,500 - $132,400 annual salary and requires at least five years of recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
  • Assess technical expertise, cultural alignment, and leadership potential, offering strategic input on candidate selection.
  • Mentor junior recruiters in advanced sourcing and screening techniques.
  • Present compelling career opportunities aligned with a candidate’s motivations.
  • Ensure an inclusive, equitable recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by sharing GE Vernova content and promoting the GE Vernova talent brand on social media.
  • Develop GE Vernova’s presence in targeted channels to drive candidate engagement and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Leverage recruitment data and market insights to refine strategies and influence stakeholders in response to trends.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles of varying complexity, providing insights to hiring managers and people leaders.
  • Lead complex offer negotiations and guide stakeholders on compensation benchmarks.
  • Oversee candidate and requisition lifecycle in the ATS with high accuracy and timeliness for reporting.
  • Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes, track KPIs, and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Participate in projects and adopt best practices in daily operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries, or other highly regulated, technical sectors.
  • 2+ years of proven experience sourcing talent for niche engineering roles in Mechanical Systems, Instrumentation & Controls, Probabilistic Risk & Reliability, Systems Integration, Civil Structural, or related systems engineering specialties.

This is a remote position (#LI-Remote). Relocation assistance is not provided. The application deadline is July 24, 2026. The stated pay range is between $79,500 and $132,400, with geographic differentials of 110%, 120%, or 130% depending on location. A discretionary annual bonus may be offered.
