Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruitment, including sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, conducting prescreens and interviews, writing offers, coordinating reference checks, and other pre-employment tasks. This position is onsite at the Lomira, WI office.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruitment
- Source and hire qualified candidates
- Obtain approvals for candidates
- Conduct prescreens and interviews
- Write employment offers
- Coordinate reference checks
- Other pre-employment tasks as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience or combination of both
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated
- Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
