Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles
• Support proposal staffing and contingent hiring efforts
• Develop candidate pipelines across strategic skill areas
• Deliver talent market insights and implement competitive sourcing approaches
• Partner with hiring managers to shape recruiting processes and priorities
• Manage candidate experience and overall recruiting lifecycle communications
• Drive end-to-end recruiting for tech, cybersecurity, cloud, AI/ML, data, engineering, and program management roles
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and uncleared federal technology professionals
• Support proposal recruiting by identifying and qualifying contingent candidates
• Recruit for federal roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, and Top-Secret clearances
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and hiring priorities
• Screen candidates, qualify qualifications, and coordinate interview activities
• Manage ongoing candidate communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Track recruiting activity and pipelines in ATS and CRM systems
• Contribute to process improvements, talent branding, and sourcing strategy initiatives
• Cultivate relationships within the federal technology and cleared talent communities

Requirements

• Eight to ten plus years of federal government contracting recruiting experience
• Proven track record recruiting technical talent within the GovCon market
• Experience supporting proposal recruiting and contingent staffing efforts
• Experience recruiting candidates with Public Trust, Secret, and/or Top-Secret clearances
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
• Experience recruiting for cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, data, AI/ML, infrastructure, and program management roles
• Experience building passive candidate pipelines and talent communities
• Experience supporting rapid-response proposal staffing requirements
• Familiarity with federal contract labor categories and qualification requirements
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
• Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
• Ability to identify, engage, and close difficult-to-find technical talent
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High sense of urgency and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
