At Fleet Farm's Baxter, Minnesota store, this Store Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in shaping a welcoming, productive on-site culture. The position supports recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, timekeeping, benefits, and records management, while leading engagement initiatives and directing the store’s ACT Team. This onsite role collaborates closely with store leadership to align HR programs with daily operations and guest-focused service.
Summary
The Store Human Resources Coordinator fosters a positive store atmosphere while handling recruiting, onboarding, HRIS transactions, timekeeping, benefits administration, and records management. The role also leads engagement efforts and guides the store’s ACT Team to promote a constructive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Human Resources & Training Manager and store management to plan and execute a range of Team Member engagement and recognition events, such as summer cookouts and holiday celebrations.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new Team Members for the store.
- Promptly respond to or route internal and external HR inquiries to the appropriate party.
- Support HRIS transactions, including processing changes in employment, hires, and terminations.
- Track and administer HR programs, including employee service awards.
- Maintain daily HRIS records and ensure data integrity for team member files and scanned documents.
- Oversee time and attendance to ensure accurate timekeeping, proper scheduling, and correct pay.
- Lead the store’s ACT Team and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Contribute to various projects that support team objectives as assigned.
- Actively promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty programs, credit card offerings, and other company initiatives.

Qualifications
- Associates degree in Human Resources, or an equivalent degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
- Two or more years of HR experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite is required.
- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
