The position is full-time with standard hours, and onsite collaboration is expected about two days per week, within 100 miles of a Mayo Clinic campus.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment for open positions with a focus on attracting diverse, top talent and delivering quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand business goals, objectives, and workforce needs to tailor recruitment approaches.
- Provide input on recruitment tactics, offer process guidance, and make proactive staffing recommendations.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation and acceptance for ongoing demand or high-volume roles.
- Balance hands-on recruiting tasks with efforts to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain high-quality interactions with leaders and candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and candidate assessments to verify alignment with job requirements and organizational culture; advance top candidates to hiring leaders.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters to provide candidate processing and lead generation support for critical, hard-to-fill, or highly visible roles.
- Demonstrate strong people skills, effective communication, robust prioritization, multi-tasking, attention to detail, initiative, problem solving, time management, and discretion with confidential information.
- Contribute to recruiter data analytics and apply critical thinking to propose relevant solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on Talent Acquisition projects and deliver recruitment services in a positive, timely, cost-efficient manner; update HR systems and inform leaders of outcomes.
- Represent the Mayo brand to candidates, promoting a high-quality candidate experience and adherence to policies and regulations, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of a High School diploma/GED with two years of professional work experience in a corporate environment, or a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Three years of recruitment or HR experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with computer tools and technical office platforms (Microsoft Office Suites, virtual meeting platforms, HR systems, phone systems).
- Preferred certification: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR).
