Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports full-cycle recruiting by combining recruiting administration with workforce analytics to help ensure hiring decisions stay aligned with workforce plans, FTE and headcount needs, and labor budgets.

Location and Schedule

  • Location: Grant, OK (onsite)
  • Work schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation

  • Salary: USD 23 per hourly
  • Start rate: $23.35 hourly
  • Earned wage access: Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position

Role Summary

This position provides administrative and analytical support for recruiting activity across the hiring lifecycle. The coordinator helps maintain workforce data integrity and supports compliance by validating hiring actions against approved workforce plans, staffing requirements, and labor budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational support for recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, applicant tracking, candidate communications, and coordination of interviews.
  • Validate each job requisition and employment offer against approved Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), Headcount (HC), and workforce plans before advancing actions to maintain compliance with staffing strategies and labor budgets.
  • Conduct structured job scoping discussions with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and confirm alignment with current and future workforce requirements.
  • Determine hiring and transfer eligibility by performing position control validation and eligibility checks.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time workforce data tracking for headcount, vacancies, filled positions, and overall staffing allocation.
  • Provide timely workforce reporting, including labor utilization metrics and updates on workforce alignment for leadership review.
  • Support the Choctaw Nation brand by maintaining professional candidate engagement, timely communication, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and support hiring events, job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, workforce plans, and confidentiality standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in workforce tracking, recruiting workflows, and operational systems.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Workforce Management teams to keep hiring activity aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field OR 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Systems and tools: Advanced computer skills with strong working knowledge of HRIS, Microsoft Excel, database management, and record-keeping best practices.
  • Relevant experience: Experience in recruiting, HR, or workforce operations preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and the ability to analyze and track complex data.
  • Work style: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
