Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description
TPIS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in San Juan, PR to support high-volume hiring and help create a smooth, professional candidate experience. This onsite role offers USD 31,200 per year and the opportunity to contribute directly to recruiting operations through full-cycle coordination, candidate outreach, and ATS-driven process management.
In this position, you will manage recruiting workflows for priority roles, including outbound calls, sourcing and screening, interview scheduling support, and maintaining organized, up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will also support additional Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment activities for high-volume positions.
- Place outbound candidate calls for initial contact, pre-screening, interest validation, and interview coordination.
- Source and screen candidates using a range of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal systems.
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain ongoing candidate communication to support a positive experience through each stage.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation within recruitment systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Assist with additional Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment and/or talent coordination for high-volume roles, preferably in call centers or other fast-paced environments.
- Experience conducting outbound candidate calls and managing multiple recruitment priorities at the same time.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday or a similar platform.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Dynamic, self-starter approach with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel to different company facilities based on operational needs.
