Job Description

This role leads recruitment strategy, workforce pipeline development, and employee career programs to support organizational growth and staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee enterprise wide recruitment strategy and hiring operations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters and program staff
  • Define performance objectives and ensure accountability across the team
  • Manage requisition workflows, candidate pipelines, and end-to-end hiring processes
  • Collaborate with leaders to align talent acquisition with workforce plans
  • Reduce time to fill and boost overall recruiting efficiency
  • Maintain compliant, standardized hiring practices across departments
  • Lead career navigation and employee development initiatives
  • Administer tuition reimbursement, certifications, and education programs
  • Support internal mobility and succession planning efforts
  • Oversee internships, apprenticeships, and student workforce programs
  • Foster partnerships with schools and community organizations
  • Drive early talent pipelines and sustainable workforce planning
  • Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, vacancies, and retention
  • Leverage data to refine recruitment strategy and operations
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders
  • Enhance candidate experience and overall employee experience
  • Support workforce planning to meet organizational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or workforce development
  • At least two years of people leadership experience with direct supervision
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring operations at scale
  • Experience with ATS/HR systems and recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance
  • Master’s degree
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or related credential
