Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with candidates, business development managers, and clients to identify qualified individuals for open roles and guide the candidate journey through placement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with candidates through networking and a range of recruiting and sourcing tools.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Present opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate pay rates and contract terms.
  • Support and coach candidates through the client interview process.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
  • Or 3+ years of relevant experience.
