Remote Talent Acquisition Partner for Procare HR on the Procare CONNECT team, delivering fast-paced recruitment with a focus on precision, organization, clear communication, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Join the Procare CONNECT team to manage talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing attention to detail, organization, communication, and customer service.
- Address concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for recruitment process enhancements.
- Actively participate in action plans to overcome obstacles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and online meeting tools.
- Experience in senior living preferred.
