Job Description

Newport Healthcare is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as the primary recruiting contact for assigned markets from an on-site base in Brooklyn Park, MN. In this role, you will run full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with leadership and hiring managers, and support an employer brand presence through community and professional outreach.

You will be responsible for delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience while advising on recruiting strategy, selection decisions, and labor market realities. This position also includes collaboration with sourcing support to build pipelines for roles that require speed and volume.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain partnerships with local leadership, HR business partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer development, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market and compensation competitiveness, labor market trends, and selection decisions
  • Work with the Talent Sourcing Specialist to create and maintain pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques, selection practices, and employment compliance to improve consistency and hiring quality
  • Represent Newport Healthcare at community events, professional associations, colleges, job fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer brand awareness

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years of recruiting experience or equivalent professional experience, ideally in full life-cycle recruiting within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in behavioral health or healthcare is preferred
  • Ability to spend one day per week onsite and travel as needed, with a valid driver’s license required
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills, including working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes
  • Ability to build constructive relationships across different stakeholder groups inside and outside the organization
  • Strong communication skills focused on an exceptional candidate experience through timely outreach, consistent updates, and diplomacy

Compensation and Schedule

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $101,000 annually (with a stated range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually in compensation details)
  • On-site expectation: one day per week onsite, plus travel as needed
