Job Description

Emory University in Atlanta is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner (ETS) to serve as a strategic ally in aligning Emory Healthcare’s staffing needs with a diverse pool of top talent. Based in a hybrid environment, this role focuses on understanding service-line demands, sourcing robust candidates, and guiding hiring processes to support Emory Healthcare initiatives. The position blends relationship-building with hands-on recruitment activities to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality hires.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing compensation for assigned service lines across Emory Healthcare, ensuring efficient recruitment operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state and local regulations and EHC policies throughout the employment process.
  • Perform related responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Other education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Two (2) plus years in Talent Acquisition; or five (5) plus years in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment or related roles with strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases is a plus.
