Talent Acquisition Partner (IT Recruiter)
Job Description
This is a contract position for a Talent Acquisition Partner (IT Recruiter) based onsite in North Carolina, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for FDE and FDX roles across the United States. The role encompasses sourcing, community-building, and process/operations to support Provectus IT, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for FDE and FDX roles across the US, including software engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, leaders, business development managers, and solution owners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring criteria, and sourcing strategies.
- Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining rigor and a positive candidate experience.
- Extend and negotiate offers, representing Provectus's compensation philosophy and value proposition with confidence.
- Develop direct-sourcing pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, and referral networks.
- Identify and engage passive candidates, focusing on individuals doing significant AI work rather than those actively seeking opportunities.
- Create and maintain talent maps for FDE and FDX profiles within the FSIs and HCLS verticals.
- Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US, including meetups, workshops, hackathons, and online channels.
- Build relationships with AI/ML communities, university programs, and professional networks to support the hiring pipeline.
- Represent Provectus at recruiting and industry events to raise brand awareness among forward-deployed engineering talent.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage, aligned with Provectus's values of Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
- Partner with People & Talent leadership on workforce planning, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technical environment, ideally within AI, cloud, or consulting firms.
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring senior technical profiles—AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders.
- Demonstrates personal AI adoption and uses AI tools as part of the recruiting workflow.
- Experience building talent communities through events, meetups, professional networks, or university programs.
- Familiarity with forward-deployed or embedded consulting models is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with C-level and senior technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting practices.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team.
