Talent Acquisition Partner (IT Recruiter)
Job Description
Provectus is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Partner to scale FDE and FDX talent while building the company’s AI-focused community from a North Carolina onsite base. This role blends traditional recruiting with community development, aimed at attracting senior technical talent and enhancing Provectus’s presence in AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-impact AI/ML and software leadership roles across the U.S. and partner closely with business stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for FDE and FDX roles across the United States, covering software engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, leaders, business development managers, and solution owners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring criteria, and sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage multiple active requisitions with rigor, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Extend and negotiate offers, presenting Provectus's compensation philosophy and value proposition with confidence.
- Build direct-sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, and referral networks.
- Identify and engage passive candidates, focusing on those driving high‑impact AI work rather than active job seekers.
- Develop and maintain talent maps for FDE and FDX roles within FSI and HCLS verticals.
- Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US, including meetups, workshops, hackathons, and online channels.
- Cultivate relationships with AI/ML communities, university programs, and professional networks to sustain a robust hiring funnel.
- Represent Provectus at recruiting and industry events to raise brand awareness among forward-deployed engineering talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflecting Provectus values of Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
- Partner with People & Talent leadership on workforce planning, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technical environment, ideally within AI, cloud, or consulting settings.
- A proven track record of sourcing and hiring senior technical profiles, including AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders.
- Active use of AI tools in recruiting workflows, not merely familiarity with AI concepts.
- Experience building and sustaining talent communities through events, meetups, professional networks, or university programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort partnering with C-level and senior technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting practices.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity within a distributed, global team.
- Commitment to Provectus core values: Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
Technologies
- GitHub
- Claude Code
- Anthropic frontier models
Benefits
- Contract engagement with direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market.
- Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and entry to Anthropic frontier models as part of a Strategic Partnership.
- Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and ongoing learning.
- Exposure to a diverse professional network across industries, geographies, and technology domains.
