Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment for high volume community roles
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipeline strategy
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, outreach, and hiring events
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines
• Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions
• Ensure compliance with EEO and state hiring regulations
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Strengthen Sunrise’s employer brand in local markets
