Job Description

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a hybrid, mostly remote role based in Oconomowoc, WI, with one in-office day and residency required in operating states.

Responsibilities

  • Lead kickoff sessions with hiring managers to define required skills and scope for open roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the sourcing lead to research and craft an effective recruitment plan that broadens candidate pipelines and emphasizes diverse slates.
  • Review, screen, and respond to applicants promptly while delivering a strong candidate experience.
  • Conduct interviews using a competency framework and behavior-based questions.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule leader interviews efficiently.
  • Provide proactive progress updates to hiring leaders on recruitment plan effectiveness and candidate status.
  • Offer guidance to hiring leaders on candidate selection, interview techniques, competitive offers, and market conditions.
  • Extend offers of employment with careful attention to detail and competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records at all times.
  • Focus on filling high-volume hourly and nonexempt positions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • History of developing recruitment plans in partnership with hiring leaders, sourcing specialists, or other recruiters.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation.
  • Proven drive to succeed in a competitive environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational abilities and multitasking proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends and escalate barriers as needed.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with social media applications.
  • Knowledge of related employment laws and regulations.

Typical Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Ideal candidate will work one in-office day in Oconomowoc, WI and the remainder remotely, with flexibility for full remote for the right candidate
  • Residence in one of the operating states: CA, WA, CO, MN, WI, IL, TN, FL, or PA
