Job Description

This on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role in Brainerd, MN supports daily operations by sourcing, screening, and hiring talent while ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool. Occasional travel to Minnesota is required, and the position offers an annual salary of USD 56,000.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Draft employment advertisements and identify appropriate external channels to attract qualified applicants.
  • Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies, such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with schools or programs.
  • Analyze recruitment and retention data and prepare reports for management.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicants and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with others.
  • Technically proficient with social media recruiting practices, applicant tracking systems, and Excel.
  • Strong alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
