Talent-Acquisition Recruiter

AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Talent-Acquisition Recruiter to strengthen its aerospace and defense recruitment efforts in the San Diego area. This temp-to-hire, onsite role offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year and calls for a recruiter with 3 to 6 years of full lifecycle experience who can collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and internal talent acquisition teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate status updates, timely follow-ups, and steady progression through the recruitment stages.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for technical and professional roles within an aerospace and defense environment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, draft precise requisitions, and support effective hiring decisions.
• Provide consultative guidance to candidates and hiring teams through interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using online platforms, recruiting tools, agencies, and sourcing partners.
• Support recruiting metrics, employment advertising, background check coordination, offer support, and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in recruiting
• Strong understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, candidates, and internal talent acquisition teams
• Must be able to work onsite in San Diego, CA
