Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This Talent Acquisition Recruiter role partners with daily business operations to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified, diverse candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing
• Write employment advertisements and select suitable external recruitment sources to reach qualified applicants
• Build and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies, including advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school programs
• Review recruiting and retention outcomes and prepare reporting for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to establish rapport with others
• Technically capable with demonstrated knowledge of best practices across social media, applicant tracking systems, and Excel
• Strong alignment with the company’s mission and values
• Ability to interpret metrics and provide appropriate recommendations

Location and Work Setup

• Saint Cloud, MN (remote)
• Work from home option with the requirement to live in Minnesota or North Dakota
