Talent Acquisition, Recruiter - Contractor

Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter at iCapital supports hiring across departments, builds candidate pipelines, and delivers a white-glove recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters in filling roles across departments by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and presenting qualified profiles to the hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative job postings and proactive sourcing.
• Guide candidates through all stages in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data at every step.
• Support ongoing HR initiatives related to diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement.
• Stay informed on current recruiting trends to assess candidate fit and skill alignment.
• Provide a high-touch, white-glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience; familiarity with the financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to evaluate candidate resumes and conduct screening calls prior to presenting profiles to the lead recruiter.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Benefits

• Hourly rate of $35.00 to $60.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Office schedule: in-office Monday through Thursday, with remote work option on Fridays; location options Greenwich, CT or New York, NY. If based in New York, training is conducted in Greenwich and a 1-day-per-week presence in Greenwich is required.
