Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Retail

Perry Ellis International is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Retail in Miami, FL (onsite) to support full-cycle hiring for retail stores. What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent using social media, professional networks, and partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and advise on hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding by helping promote Perry Ellis International as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and candidate relationship building.
• Use recruitment metrics to monitor progress, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the hiring process.
• Maintain hiring integrity by ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable state/federal employment laws and regulations.

What you bring

• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with fashion or retail hiring.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across a variety of roles.
• Working proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Greenhouse, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
