Job Description
At Memorial Healthcare System, the Talent Acquisition team helps keep hiring moving with strong operations support and a thoughtful candidate experience. This onsite role partners with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services to help ensure a compliant, high-touch process, including background check oversight and concierge pre-boarding from offer acceptance through new hire orientation.
What you’ll do
- Validate verifications of required credentials and education for internal transfers.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects supporting HR Shared Services initiatives and goals.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and oversee the pre-employment clearance process to confirm minimum hiring requirements are met.
- Adjudicate complex background check requirements and support reference calls directly with employers.
- Complete and validate verifications of required credentials and education throughout the hiring workflow.
- Provide concierge service during pre-boarding, from offer acceptance to new hire orientation.
- Support the Memorial culture through a focus on the Memorial Experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, or in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment with high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree (required). Additional education option: may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree.
- Competency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated capabilities aligned to Accountability, Customer Service, Developing Relationships, Managing Workloads, Organization Skills, Recruitment Support, Responding to Change, and Standards of Behavior.

This position requires critical thinking, effective written and verbal communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to build and foster positive relationships with internal and external clients. The role also involves working independently.
