Job Description

At Pivotal Housing Partners LLC, the Talent Acquisition Specialist leads the full recruitment cycle across departments, partnering with hiring managers to source and hire diverse talent for affordable housing initiatives. This onsite role, based in West Chester, Ohio, offers a salary of USD 55,000 per year and supports a mission-driven environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, with a minimum of two years of recruiting experience expected.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process across departments, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design tailored recruitment strategies aligned with team objectives.
  • Manage job postings and enhance visibility across platforms and networks.
  • Lead engaging initial candidate conversations and coordinate a seamless interview experience.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate journey.
  • Partner with HR and hiring teams to support smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to inform strategy and leadership decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and ethical hiring practices.
