Talent Acquisition Specialist

Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles within its healthcare network. This hybrid role in Kansas City, KS partners with hiring leaders to align staffing strategies with organizational goals, leveraging advanced sourcing tools and an ATS-driven process to build a strong candidate slate. Based at Providence Medical Center, the role emphasizes candidate experience, employer branding, and proactive pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM to maintain candidate pipelines and ensure records accuracy
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
• Represent the organization at career fairs and lead campus outreach to sustain a strong new graduate pipeline
• Support a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Positive interpersonal and effective communication skills
