Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Apply insight into business needs and role requirements to effectively match candidates with positions.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand business needs and team dynamics.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.
• Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Contribute to efforts that strengthen the employer brand and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in high volume recruitment, preferably within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
