Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
evolvedMD offers a hybrid Scottsdale based role with a strong focus on growth, balance, and comprehensive benefits. This position is hybrid, three days per week at our Scottsdale headquarters and two days remote.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to fully understand each role's hiring needs and achieve competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple open roles to help management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Build and nurture high touch relationships with a pool of qualified active and passive candidates to draw from as new positions arise.
- Maintain an active presence on job boards and social networks, and plan, craft, and publish job descriptions and postings.
- Screen resumes, qualify candidates, interview, and guide candidates through the process from pre interview prep to final offer negotiations.
- Stay current with recruiting trends and best practices by pursuing educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
- At least one year of talent acquisition, sales, account management, or HR experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Experience with applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, and other recruitment systems.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring.
- Experience with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
