Job Description

Located onsite in Warner Robins, Georgia, this role centers on shaping talent acquisition strategy, guiding sourcing and recruitment operations, and advancing employer branding to improve hiring outcomes for Robins Financial Credit Union.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft talent acquisition strategies aligned with current and anticipated staffing needs.
  • Design and implement sourcing plans to attract both active and passive candidates and build pipelines for critical and specialized roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering guidance on recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and effective hiring approaches.
  • Assess evolving talent acquisition trends, technologies, and sourcing methods to continually improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Lead candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support offer development.
  • Develop recruiting resources and tools that support consistent and effective hiring practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, workforce development organizations, professional associations, and community partners to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Represent the Credit Union at recruiting events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Marketing to strengthen the organization’s employment brand and support internship and early career initiatives.
  • Assume ownership of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), optimizing recruiting workflows, technology, reporting, and hiring manager utilization.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements that enhance recruiting effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or a related recruiting role.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates and recruiting for professional, specialized, technical, or leadership positions.
  • Experience developing talent pipelines, employer branding initiatives, or community recruiting partnerships.
  • Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition principles, recruiting best practices, and employment laws related to recruitment and selection.
  • Knowledge of workforce trends, labor market research, candidate pipeline development, and employment branding strategies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms, and other recruiting technologies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing organizational priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
