As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Management Talent Acquisition team, you will shape recruiting strategies for senior leadership across multiple U.S. locations, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and operational leaders while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role carries a monthly compensation of USD 8,579.

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies for management and leadership positions.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, recruitment trends, and guidance on candidate selection.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Source passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, workflow compliance, and recruitment reporting.
- Provide ATS training and ongoing support to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor candidate movement and ensure timely review and disposition of applicants.
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics, workforce trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in regular recruitment strategy meetings and provide updates on hiring progress and talent market conditions.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with EEO, ADA, OFCCP, and other applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the marketplace.
- Support special projects, acquisitions, startup operations, and bid-related recruiting efforts as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably recruiting professional, management, or leadership-level talent.
- Experience supporting multiple hiring managers and locations simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably including system administration, reporting, and user training.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- High sense of urgency and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
